Here at Flo and Thrive, my unique offering centre around homemade, aromatherapy oil-based wellness products, meticulously created to support the natural rhythms of a woman’s body. 

I understand that being a woman in a masculine-centred world can be tough and I created Flo and Thrive because I wanted to support women in every way I can. My journey began when, after working in the corporate world for many years, it all finally caught up with me and I became extremely burnt out and riddled with anxiety. Being an Aromatherapist, essential oils and natural healing had always been a part of my life and after creating a set of blends to support my own mental health and feeling the instant mood change and mental clarity, Flo and Thrive was born! 

My promise is to create products that are all natural with the power of aromatherapy being at the heart of each one. These products are all about the good stuff -  natural ingredients, vegan and cruelty-free, including innovative essential oil blends that are made in-house - meaning each scent is completely unique to the brand. We're big on doing our bit for the planet too. That means recycled or reusable bottles and jars and eco-friendly labels. It’s all about making choices that feel good and do good.

We also offer digital products that focus on allowing women to understand all there is about their bodies and menstrual cycles. Knowledge is power and these products have been created to ensure all women can learn about their menstrual health, cyclical living, and discover how to develop a life that incorporates creativity and productivity as well as rest and reflection.
