Meet the Founder
Hey love! I’m Kasi, founder of Flo and Thrive, and my mission is to help women feel their best at every phase of their menstrual cycle.
My journey started with my own struggles, a working, single mum battling crippling anxiety, extreme mood swings, and awful physical symptoms. I felt like I was constantly pushing against my body, never truly understanding why I felt so different from one week to the next. After tracking my cycle, I finally got some answers: I was diagnosed with PMDD. Everything suddenly clicked, and I knew I had to dive deeper into understanding my hormones and how they shape every aspect of our lives.
That wake-up call led me to train with the Menstrual Cycle Academy, where I studied menstrual cycle awareness, cyclical living, menstrual health conditions, and polyvagal theory, giving me the tools to support other women through this work. I’ve since blended science with self-care, developing coaching programs and a cyclical self-care collection to help women work with their cycle, not against it.
Now, I help women like you move from burnout and frustration to clarity, confidence, and cyclical flow, because thriving isn’t just possible, it’s your birthright.
